Theoretically/Technical Point of View →Yes.

Practical Point of View → No.

As others already mentioned there are only some standard dimensions (diameter) bars are available in market easily.

Even Bar above 40mm diameter is difficult to procure, we have to give the detailed requirement to the manufacturer for those bars.

Yet it's possible to get odd diameter bar. If we requested for odd diameter bar in enough quantity (so that it will be profitable to manufacture) , then one manufacturer might think of manufacturing required dia bars.

But getting special order from manufacturer will subsequently increase the cost of bars/kg. And as you know economy is the soul of Structural Design, Thus it is not practically feasibile to provide odd diameter (or Not easily available diameter bar) in structure.

The special requirement cost will be so much inefficient that even cost of providing the extra r/f (e.g. providing 12 mm bars instead of req. 11 mm bar) will be less than providing odd dia bar.
